Our IT Support contracts start from as little as £65 / month and include:
- Service Level Agreements - Guaranteeing response times.
- Support whenever you need it - Call in your problem.
- Telephone Support - Call in your problem.
- Remote Control Support - Allow us to remote control and view your PC from anywhere to troubleshoot the issue for you. We can even remote control into your PC if you're sitting with your laptop at an airport! We're also able to white-board with you and remotely draw on your screen to highlight things on your machine and show you how to use them. And better still, it's completely secure.
- Online support logger & tracker - Our online tool allows you to submit support queries, track them, and have them answered fast.

Pay-As-You-Go IT Support Services
Our Pay-As-You-Go IT Support services are for smaller companies who don’t need IT support as frequently. Our Pay-As-You-Go service customers experience the same high level of IT Support but without the guaranteed response times of a contract.
- Pay for what you need - We only charge you for the time we spend. *
- Telephone Support - Call in your problem.

Pay-As-You-Go Costs
Telephone/Online Support - £49 / hour for the time you use.
* There is a minimum time allocation of 5 minutes allocated to each request and a minimum monthly charge of £10 if any time has been used. There is no charge if the service has not been used.
On-Site Support services
Need somebody on-site to fix a problem or install new hardware? ph9 is here to help. We also offer consultancy.
On site call out charges - £49 / hour and a call out charge:
